• Package Applicability: The offered package will only be applicable for guaranteed reservation.
• Advance Payment: All room & banquet reservations must be guaranteed via advance payment.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of no-show, cancellation, or amendment, the revenue for the entire event will be charged.
• Outside Food & Music: Outside food & music is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.

• Decorations: Sticking or pasting any material in the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Liability: Hotel management holds no responsibility for loss of valuables or damage during the event.
• Room Occupancy: Only siblings, immediate family members, and married couples are allowed in rooms.
• Prohibited Items: All forms of drugs, alcohol, and adult entertainment are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Payment Terms: All bills must be settled before check-out.
• Meeting Hall Duration: Standard meeting hall duration: 08 hours daily for day session & 04 hours for dinner; extra hours incur additional charges.
• Rate Changes: Hotel reserves the right to change rates or withdraw facilities without notice.
